Terms & Conditions

Agreement

Acceptance of orders is based on the condition that the buyer agrees to all of the terms and conditions contained herein.

Legal

By making a purchase from DYEHOUSE, you undertake that all of the products ordered are for your own use and not under any circumstances for re-sale.

We have a care guide, advising you on how best to take care of your new product, which you can find under the ‘Care Guide’ section on our website. We therefore hold no liability for any faults that may arise in your piece that have resulted from not following these guides.

DYEHOUSE is not liable for any indirect losses, such as losses of revenue or profits, which are not reasonably foreseeable when you place your order (except for personal injury or fraud). This also includes any losses caused by us not being able to meet our obligations because of things outside of our control.

Upon entering https://www.thedyehouse.com/ you acknowledge and agree that all images, products, text, photography and the aesthetic of the site and branding are protected by copyright to DYEHOUSE.

Designs

Our designs are made from natural materials. Changes in colour, texture and wood grain over time are the characteristics of our products.

We always aim to make descriptions, images and prices on our website as accurate as possible.

Our ex-display pieces are sold as seen and may have the odd mark on them. We will notify you of this, should this be the case.

Your order

When you place an order with DYEHOUSE, we will ask for the full amount to be paid at that time. If we are creating a bespoke piece for you, we will also ask for the full amount to be paid when you place your order, no matter the lead time.

All quoted completion dates for bespoke products are estimates only and are subject to change by DYEHOUSE upon notice to you. DYEHOUSE shall not be liable for delays in completion or default in delivery for any reason of force majeure or for any cause beyond DYEHOUSE’s control.

Damaged Goods

We are responsible for the risk of loss or damage to the products up until you receive them. The products belong to you, the customer, when you have received them and have paid us in full. If you return the products to us for any reason, they will become our property again once we receive them in our office.

The DYEHOUSE will never dispatch damaged or faulty goods. Should you receive goods that have been damaged in transit please deal with the carrier where ever possible; do not sign for a damaged package unless you clearly state on the delivery note the state it has reached you. Retain all relevant information and please notify the DYEHOUSE of any damaged goods as soon as possible.

Delivery

For an order delivered with our white-glove service, we will let you know a date and time a few days before we deliver. If the pieces are on the smaller side, we will deliver them through one of our approved couriers. For more information about our delivery services, including delivery charges and contact information, please see our ‘Delivery and Returns Policy’.

Please make sure that your new piece of furniture will fit through doorways and tight turns, up staircases and underneath ceilings, and if door frames, windows or bannisters need to be removed to get the piece in, that you do this before we arrive.

While we will always do our best to make sure your order is delivered on the day we say it will be, very rarely unforeseen delays can happen. If this is the case, we will re-schedule as soon as possible.

Prices

Our prices are subject to change without notice. All product prices are exclusive of other charges.
