UK Delivery Options
Parcel
For smaller or lightweight items DYEHOUSE delivers via Royal Mail. In stock parcel items are delivered Monday – Friday and generally take 1-3 working days to reach you once despatched. You’ll receive notification via email.
Smaller items include handles and hooks.
Standard delivery: £6.00
Specialist Courier
DYEHOUSE uses a specialist courier service for safely delivering outdoor fire pits, stools and lanterns. This is a pallet service only due to the weight of the items.
Specialist items are delivered Monday – Friday from 9am – 5pm. Once your order is ready, DYEHOUSE will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date. In most cases a date will be offered within a week.
Most of our products are made to order and lead times are usually 4-6 weeks. Bespoke items may take longer. Please contact our office for more information.
Specialist courier delivery: £75.00
White Glove
DYEHOUSE’s furniture and larger items are delivered using our specialist two-man delivery service.
Furniture items are delivered Monday – Friday from 9am – 5pm, a two hour time slot can be provided.
As soon as your order is ready, DYEHOUSE will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date. In most cases a date will be offered within a week.
DYEHOUSE can offer delivery to your room of choice, assembly of your furniture (if required) and removal of packaging.
Please advise us in advance of any access issues such as parking restrictions.

Oversea deliveries
For any overseas deliveries, please contact us prior to placing an order on 01484 668018 or collections@thedyehouse.com
Returns in the UK
We do not accept returns on any bespoke orders, ex-display or samples unless the product is faulty. In stock items can be returned within 14 days providing they are in their original packaging, without any signs of use. If the product is faulty a full refund can be offered or we can organise a replacement.

Parcels are returned at your own cost and we are only responsible for your parcel once it has been received into our office. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned. If you have identified the fault within 30 days of your purchase, you can return the item under our normal return procedure for exchange or refund.
